1. Agreement to These Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use MowGrowth AI.
2. The Service
MowGrowth AI provides AI-assisted marketing tools designed primarily for lawn care and landscaping businesses. Features may include generation of advertisements, social media posts, promotions, customer follow-ups, review requests, and related marketing content.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. AI-Generated Content
MowGrowth AI uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on information and instructions supplied by users.
AI-generated content may contain mistakes, inaccuracies, unsuitable wording, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and approving generated content before publishing, distributing, or relying upon it.
MowGrowth AI does not guarantee that generated content will produce leads, customers, sales, revenue, advertising performance, or other business results.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MowGrowth AI to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, distribute malicious content, interfere with the operation of the service, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent usage limits, or abuse the platform.
6. Free Trial
MowGrowth AI may provide free or trial access subject to generation limits or other restrictions. Trial features, limits, and availability may change.
7. Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the price and billing interval presented when you subscribe.
Unless canceled, recurring subscriptions may automatically renew at the applicable billing interval.
Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor.
8. Cancellation
You may manage or cancel an eligible paid subscription through the billing portal provided through your account.
When cancellation is scheduled for the end of a billing period, paid access generally remains available through the end of that period.
9. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or otherwise expressly stated, subscription charges are non-refundable once billed.
10. Changes to the Service
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of MowGrowth AI as the service evolves.
11. Third-Party Services
MowGrowth AI may rely on third-party services such as payment processors, artificial intelligence providers, hosting providers, and email providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and policies.
12. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, MowGrowth AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy of AI-generated content, or particular business or marketing results.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MowGrowth AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account is being used in violation of these Terms, to harm the service or others, or where required by law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
